Scheduling

Group shows for Spring Term are Available!

Our scheduling system is currently under construction. While we are working on our new scheduling system, please email planetarium@byu.edu and include:

  • Name
  • Day and time you would like to come
  • Number of people
  • Type of group (e.g. 3rd grade class, pre-school, High School Astronomy)

You should hear back in one working day to let you know if that time is still available.

We have shows at the following times:

  • 11:30 am - 12:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Evenings

We won’t offer a show for fewer than 20 attendees, but we are often able to combine similar smaller groups, just ask.
We might be able accommodate special requests at other times, just ask.
